WebHoshinTM Free Trial The best way to see how WebHoshin can improve your business plan implementation is to actually use it to document and manage your plan. However, unless you are familiar with the Hoshin Kanri process, jumping right in can be a little overwhelming. To help ease you into using WebHoshin and also learn about the Hoshin Kanri process you are encouraged to follow the three steps below. Of course if you are more adventurous feel free to dive right in at step three. Achieve excellence in plan execution

Step 1 If you are new to the Hoshin planning process, you might want to view the Hoshin Overview. The Overview provides a brief introduction to Hoshin Kanri and explains how it can help organizations be more effective. The Hoshin overview uses DemoNow technology from InstallShield. If you don't already have the DemoNow Client installed on your computer, you will be offered the option to download and install it. The DemoNow Client is free.

Step 2 Free Preview Now that you have a general understanding of the Hoshin Kanri process and how WebHoshin implements its forms and rules you are ready to observe a sample plan. The Free Preview allows you to login to the Ridgecrest School District's plan and poke around on your own. You can navigate up and down the planning tables and print reports. The only thing you can't do is edit data. Note: The Free Preview is hosted on a secure server. If you are connected to the Internet from behind a firewall and SSL is not enabled you will receive a message that the "page is unavailable." You will need to contact your system administrator for help or open the Free Preview from outside the firewall.

Step 3 Free Trial The final step is to setup a 30-day, WebHoshin Free Trial account and actually use the software to document your organization's plan. The software is fully functional except that you can't include your organization's logo and it expires in 30 days. You can create and deploy key organization initiatives, assign ownership, and track progress. You can also setup the review cycle and conduct periodic reviews. Be sure to take advantage of the Interview mode to quickly setup the software for your organization. Note: The Free Trial is hosted on a secure server.
