WebHoshin puts the power of Hoshin Kanri on the Internet. Nothing to install. All you need is a web browser to manage your Hoshin plan from anywhere in the world. WebHoshin is ideally suited for organizations with geographically displaced team members. WebHoshin manages the planning process so you can concentrate on the plan content.

Successful organizations use their business or strategic planning process to focus and link activities throughout the organization. The intent is to assure people are working on the right things and to provide a method to track progress and achieve results. PCHoshin 3.0 is based on the Hoshin Kanri process described in the Hoshin Handbook. A free copy of the handbook is included with each software purchase. PCHoshin 3.0 provides a planning structure that efficiently documents and deploys key objectives. It provides a methodology to track progress and take corrective action when performance strays from course. PCHoshin 3.0 can become an essential element of an organization's ISO implementation, Baldrige application, Balanced Scorecard or Six Sigma implementation. System Requirements:

WebHoshin is offered as a subscription service or it can be purchased for installation on your own Intranet. Subscriptions are hosted on TQE's secure server with access limited to only authorized users. All information is encrypted.

Subscription Service:
To subscribe to WebHoshin all you need is a connection to the Internet and a compatible web browser. To view the pdf reports you will also need an Adobe Acrobat reader.

Installable Software:
To install WebHoshin on your own Intranet/Internet server you need a Windows 2000 or higher server connected to the network. The requirements for individual users of the installable software are the same as for the subscription service.

  • Server: Pentium 200+ MHz processor or better
  • Memory: At least 128 MB
  • Disk Space: At least 30 MB
  • Operating System: Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher server
  • Web Server: Microsoft Internet Information Server
  • Network: TCP/IP connectivity to clients on Intranet or Internet
  • Database: SQL Server 7.0 or higher (Not required but recommended - improves scalability)
