PCHoshin 3.0 PC software to implement Hoshin Kanri The best way to see how PCHoshin 3.0 can improve your business plan implementation is to actually use it to document and manage your plan. If you want to download the Sample Reports (1.5 M) directly to your hard drive without first opening them in your browser, right-click on the link and choose Save As. You will need an Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5.0 or higher) to open the sample reports. If you don't have a reader or need to upgrade your reader you can download the latest reader by clicking the link below.

Step 3 Free Trial The final step is to download the 30-day, PCHoshin 3.0 Free Trial and actually use the software to document your organization's plan. You can create and deploy key objectives, assign ownership, and track progress. You can also setup review cycles and conduct periodic reviews. The Free Trial software is restricted to creating single user databases, but you should be able to see how a multi-user database can be used to facilitate your entire organization's planning process.
