TQE is a small business incorporated in the State of California and has a core competency in the area of Total Quality Management with special emphysis on the Hoshin Kanri planning process. Using the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the American Society for Quality's certification programs as guides, you can count on TQE to develop and deliver products and services focused on helping organizations compete in a global marketplace.
