The best way to see how PCHoshin can improve your business plan implementation is to actually use it to document and manage your plan. Step 3

The final step is to download the 30-day, PCHoshin Free Trial and actually use the software to document your organization's plan. You can create and deploy key objectives, assign ownership, and track progress. You can also setup review cycles and conduct periodic reviews. The Free Trial software is restricted to creating single user databases, but you should be able to see how a multi-user database can be used to facilitate your entire organization's planning process.
